Description
- Brookridge is seeking a qualified and compassionate Nail Technician to provide professional nail care services to residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing settings.
- This role requires strict adherence to infection prevention practices, CMS guidelines, and resident-centered care standards while delivering services that enhance dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Responsibilities include providing manicures, pedicures, and basic nail care for older adults, following infection control protocols, coordinating with nursing staff, maintaining a sanitary workspace, and demonstrating professionalism.
- The technician must comply with CMS and state sanitation standards, use disinfected tools, and participate in infection control training.
- Qualifications include active cosmetology or nail technician license, experience with seniors or healthcare environments preferred, knowledge of infection control, and liability insurance.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible hours, where the contractor sets availability and is responsible for taxes, insurance, and supplies.
