  • The Product Manager/Owner will contribute to strategic planning and day-to-day execution of digital products in the life sciences sector, including regulated manufacturing and quality platforms.
  • Responsibilities include gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing backlogs, supporting UAT, and developing product roadmaps.
  • The role requires experience in life sciences domains such as R&D digitization, regulatory systems, digital manufacturing, and clinical platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in product management within regulated environments, familiarity with agile tools like Jira, and understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles.
  • The position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 annually and can be remote or hybrid in NY/NJ.

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital solution delivery in LS GMP, regulations
  • Experience with requirement gathering, user story writing, Jira, and agile delivery
  • Exposure to life sciences domains such as R&D digitization (LIMS, ELN, SDMS)
  • Experience with regulatory systems (Veeva Vault, structured content, submissions)
  • Experience with digital manufacturing (MES, SCADA, validation)
  • Experience with clinical or commercial platforms
  • Understanding of regulatory contexts like GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity (ALCOA+)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to simplify complex domain concepts
  • Comfortable communicating with engineers, SMEs, and executive stakeholders
