- The role involves owning the technical architecture and design of Brightwheel's Salesforce and GTM systems, leading integrations with tools like ChiliPiper, Hubspot, Outreach, and Gong, driving AI tooling adoption, architecting scalable business logic, partnering on long-term systems vision, consolidating and improving the systems landscape, mentoring junior admins, and creating measurable improvements in team velocity to enable faster and smarter workflows.

Requirements
- 7+ years experience with Salesforce configuration and Apex coding.
- 5+ years designing and integrating GTM systems that scale with business growth.
- Led architecture for asynchronous Apex systems at scale.
- Proven success leveraging AI/LLMs to accelerate systems or operational workflows.
- Delivered systems improvements that significantly enhanced data quality, speed, or business agility.
- Successfully migrated or optimized tools within a GTM tech stack.
- Mentored junior systems admins and contributed to their growth.
- Demonstrated judgment in making the right trade-offs between speed and quality.
