Description
- Brightspeed is searching for a Lead Project Manager, Operational Support to join our team!
- This role is responsible for leading and managing initiatives that support the successful delivery of new process and standardization to our internal customers.
- This involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and business objectives.
- The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, technical resources and client stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
- Responsibilities include managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams, supporting system enhancements such as JIRAs, upgrades, and releases, creating impactful presentations, translating business needs into engaging narratives, managing key timelines, connecting with stakeholders, analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, supporting administrative tasks, streamlining operations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and effectively communicating project status.
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools, telecom/Internet industry experience, ability to work independently and in teams, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, SQL, and Big Query experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into engaging new processes and perspectives
- Strong organizational skills to manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams
- Good analytical skills including proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects
- Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role
- Liaison with business stakeholders and leadership to regularly update business knowledge content/repository
- Maintain organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools, and other infographic tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
