Description
  • The Aircraft Records Analyst at Breeze Airways is responsible for maintaining and auditing aircraft records to ensure the airworthiness of Breeze aircraft.
  • This includes auditing component removals and installations, maintaining accurate records in the Maintenance Information System (MIS), supporting lease returns, and assisting in back-to-birth traceability for LLPs.
  • The role involves conducting historical research, preparing reports, and coordinating with engineering, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure proper tracking of airframe requirements and components.
  • The analyst supports the aircraft delivery process, responds to team member queries, and ensures all certifications are properly scanned and attached.

🎯

Requirements
  • 3+ years of Aircraft Records experience, including auditing experience with maintenance paperwork
  • Knowledgeable with Aircraft Maintenance Programs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Technical Directives
  • Experience in Aircraft Records environment with Part 121, 135 or 145 operations
  • Familiar with an airline Maintenance Information System (MIS) such as TRAX or AMOS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be flexible and willing to work; days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
  • Must be willing to work with other departments within the company as needed
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
