  • We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Senior Recruiter with 7+ years of proven success in high-volume recruiting, ideally within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or another fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • In this contract role, you will own recruiting for critical field sales positions, support hiring leaders, and help elevate our recruiting processes. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys strategic ownership, and excels at building strong talent pipelines — all while operating as an independent contractor.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in CPG, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Proven success filling sales, field, or client-facing roles (e.g., account managers, route sales reps, field merchandisers).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple open requisitions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social sourcing platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a contract / independent contributor capacity with minimal oversight.
  • Data-minded approach — able to track and interpret metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
