- Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara is seeking a Team Leader for IT services to coach team members, handle recruitment, support integration, coordinate with other managers, and ensure operational compliance.
- The role includes reporting to clients, managing remote teams, and supporting sales and product management processes.
- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leadership experience, knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, NodeJS), DevOps tools (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.), and several years in IT service management.
