- As an Operations Manager at Booksy, you will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operational efficiency in the US.
- You will execute day-to-day operational tasks, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch new offers and campaigns.
- The role requires experience in consulting or high-growth start-up environments, proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and excellent communication skills.
