Description
- The Offshore Construction Project Manager supports the U.S.-based project team by managing construction projects from inception to completion in a fully remote capacity.
- This role requires strong coordination skills, accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- The Project Manager ensures that all aspects of each project progress smoothly, efficiently, and according to established standards and workflows.
- Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, tracking permitting and inspection requirements, liaising with onshore managers and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- The role also involves providing timely updates to clients, relaying information among teams, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring all project records comply with U.S. standards such as IBC, IRC, NEC, and ADA.
- Qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in construction project management, knowledge of U.S. building codes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. time zones.
