  • BOLD & EPIC is seeking a Finance ERP Consultant to support the digital transformation of medium-sized companies in Germany.
  • The role involves analyzing and optimizing accounting processes, configuring ERP systems, advising clients on finance and accounting, and developing automation solutions.

Requirements
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation consulting, especially in finance (preferably Haufe X360, SAP Business One, DATEV, Lexware, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP system requirements (e.g., accounting, controlling, liquidity management)
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing them in ERP systems
  • Technical affinity and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
  • Analytical and systematic thinking, recognizing process and system interrelations
  • Good understanding of tax-specific cases (e.g., §13b UStG, intra-community services, foreign bookings)
  • Excellent communication skills in collaboration with IT teams and clients
  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written
  • Hands-on mentality with proficiency in Excel, import tools, debugging, and templates
