Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, organizing company outings, handling supplier contacts, answering calls and emails, supporting HR tasks like onboarding and personnel administration, and organizing travel and visa arrangements.
The role offers a permanent part-time position in a relaxed, trendy office located in Singapore's CBD, with a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, social events, and sports membership.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in similar roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, high organization, proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and residency or citizenship in Singapore.
