Description
- BJAK is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creative vision, design direction, and animation execution for motion-based projects across marketing and product campaigns.
- The role involves crafting visually stunning motion graphics, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with various teams to bring concepts to life.
- Responsibilities include leading design and animation for marketing campaigns, developing storyboards, ensuring visual consistency, and managing the motion production pipeline.
- The candidate should stay at the forefront of motion design trends, experiment with new techniques, and push creative boundaries.
- Requirements include a degree in Motion Graphics or related field, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other tools like Cinema 4D or Blender, strong storytelling skills, leadership ability, and a portfolio demonstrating advanced motion work.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus).
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work is required.
- Able to communicate in English is MUST.
