Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management with a focus on construction management and/or corporate real estate
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar construction projects from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, environmental regulations, and EHS requirements
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
