  • PMP certification and a Master's degree are preferred.
  • The annual salary range is $120,000 - $135,000, plus bonus/incentives, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management with a focus on construction management and/or corporate real estate
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar construction projects from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, environmental regulations, and EHS requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
