  • The role of Mechanical Engineer V/VI is a senior position responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced mechanical systems for UAVs.
  • Responsibilities include strategic design leadership, prototyping, structural analysis, thermal management, cross-functional collaboration, material innovation, failure analysis, regulatory compliance, R&D, mentorship, and documentation.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, 10+ years in aerospace mechanical systems, and expertise in CAD, FEA, CFD, structural mechanics, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, UAV manufacturing, and regulations.
  • The pay range is $170,000 - $210,000 USD.
