Description
- Join Back Market Pro, the B2B division of Back Market, as a Senior Account Manager responsible for managing and developing relationships with sellers in Europe and the UK.
- The role includes onboarding new merchants, managing their performance, leading strategic reviews, and working cross-functionally to tailor solutions.
- The position requires fluency in French and English, experience in marketplaces and B2B, and strong project management skills.
- The role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-growing, environmentally conscious company dedicated to refurbishing tech and reducing carbon emissions.
🎯
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in marketplaces
- Fluent French and English speaker
- Previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startup is preferred
- Previous experience in B2B world is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects/operation topics at the same time, on different geographical perimeter if a must
- Proven customer portfolio management skills
- Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus, but readiness to learn on analytics skills is a must
- Confidence in business and technical conversations and ability to break down complex concepts
