Description
- The Operational Enablement Specialist at AutoFi is responsible for designing, provisioning, and maintaining learning experiences that enable operational excellence for both human teams and AI-driven systems.
- This includes managing the full lifecycle of internal enablement content, training AI agents, and developing high-quality materials such as guides, videos, and quizzes.
- The role requires gathering and analyzing information from subject matter experts, designing structured learning paths, translating complex knowledge into clear modules, and continuously updating content to reflect product and system changes.
- The candidate must have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities include building a collaborative environment, developing training content, curating materials, evaluating program effectiveness, identifying knowledge gaps, and supporting change management activities.
- Qualifications include 3+ years in adult learning or training, experience with AI systems, and excellent communication skills.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
