Description
- A Recruitment Partner is needed to play a pivotal role in delivering the company's HR and People Strategy across the division.
- The role involves working closely with HR teams, supporting recruitment through an offshore People Hub, building trusted stakeholder relationships, translating business needs into recruitment strategies, and promoting diversity and ED&I initiatives.
- The position requires acting as a subject matter expert in recruitment, supporting hiring managers, and collaborating with other Recruitment Partners to ensure excellence.
