Description
  • Collaborating with Assent teams and leadership, the Senior Employee Experience Business Partner, Regional influences and executes programs to attract, retain, and engage Assentees.
  • Additionally, the role oversees the efficient and professional delivery of global Employee Experience (EX) programs, processes, and services in India, including but not limited to all areas of human resources including: Talent Management, Team member Relations and Engagement, Development, Total Rewards, and EX Operations.
  • This role collaborates with Assent teams and Leadership to influence and execute on global strategies, programs and initiatives that attract, retain, and engage Assentees and scale the business for continued global success.
  • This pivotal position contributes to scaling the business for continued success while fostering a positive and engaging employee experience within Assent.
  • The responsibilities include providing EX support through HR practices, coaching, supporting HR programs, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  • The role emphasizes building strong relationships with leadership, enhancing internal communication, and promoting a culture of wellbeing, learning, and inclusion.

Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of work experience as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders, preferably in a rapidly growing global tech organization.
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources.
  • Experience supporting HR programs and policies, and building strategic cross-functional partnerships.
  • Passion for high-quality service and delivering exceptional support to the business.
  • Approachable, organized, and able to manage workload effectively with meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, articulate and persuasive.
  • High level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, adaptable and flexible.
  • Creative thinker with a positive attitude, solutions-oriented.
  • Persistent, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure.
