  • As the Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel Platform, you will be accountable for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Omnichannel Platform, allowing engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class set of platform services to enable international retail at scale.
  • This is a leadership role responsible for the professional management, coaching, and performance of your direct reports.
  • Your responsibilities include steering the strategic product roadmap from discovery, design, delivery, and support.
  • You leverage your industry leading skills and experience in Retail Platform capability development to continuously enhance our ability to operate internationally at scale.
  • You will be responsible for the platform’s lifecycle from cradle to grave and will actively participate in shaping the vision and strategy of it.

  • If you were the Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel Platform here are some of the core activities you would be doing: delivering from end-to-end product lifecycle of platform services owned by Omni Channel Platform; collaborating with the Director of Engineering and owning the communication of the strategic vision while aligning technology product strategy to company goals and vision; building strong partnership with the business product owners and sponsors to understand, empathize and create a compelling vision and strategic 1-3 year roadmap for the platform; helping build the discipline of Product Management, coaching other Product Managers and actively participating in our internal Product community; owning the intake process for work brought into the platform, communicating request status, priority, and capacity; partnering with the Director of Engineering to define & track the budget and resources for the platform, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness; ensuring alignment across initiatives within the product roadmap and cross-functionally; reporting of product roadmap status regularly to business partner steering committees, escalating risks and issues with mitigation recommendations; supporting senior technology leaders in achieving strategic goals; and contributing to planning, scheduling, reporting, and communication processes.
  • Future projects include delivering the entire Omni Channel Platform vision & strategy and leading strategic planning with stakeholders.
  • Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in IT, Business, or related field; 5+ years as a Product Manager/Owner in a technical environment; 3+ years in software development or developer tools; 2+ years working with APIs, Cloud tech such as Kubernetes, Redis, no-sql databases, backend server tech; strong experience in a technical environment; success in agile methodology; excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; ability to manage budgets and resources; strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills; analytical and critical thinking; coaching and mentoring in agile; proactive problem-solving; flexibility; ability to balance autonomy and collaboration; passion for work and outdoor activities.
