Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
Ability to meet state requirements to serve as a Hospice Administrator or Alternate Administrator in Texas, Florida, or Pennsylvania.
Working knowledge of hospice operations, interdisciplinary team structure, and regulatory requirements.
Experience supervising administrative staff and supporting operational performance.
Ability to make independent operational decisions within defined authority.
