Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical full-cycle sales role
- Experience building your own pipeline from scratch and closing accounts
- Consistent overachievement against sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to drive a repeatable sales process with a coachable mindset
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- Excellent command of English
- Based in an EMEA time zone with strong overlap to customer hours
