Description

- The company develops systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-driven operating system that consolidates data streams into a real-time 3D command and control center.
- The Senior Mission Software Engineer will independently drive software delivery for autonomous platforms, including tasks such as autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and command and control.
- The role requires end-to-end ownership of complex systems, technical leadership, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Responsibilities include designing scalable software, developing reusable components, supporting vehicle manufacturing and deployment, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Travel up to 20% may be required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in one or more domains/technologies
- Skills in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, software and system design
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
- Ability to work holistically across the software stack and lifecycle
- Capacity to act as a technical owner for a software service, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management
- Ability to learn and grow individually while mentoring junior team members
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
