Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Doctorate preferred) in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in information security, with recent focus on insider risk detection, UEBA, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Recognized expertise in insider threat detection tools (e.g., Netskope, Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide large-scale projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML integration for security applications, including detection algorithm optimization.
- Ability to manage complex, high-impact projects and make decisions under ambiguity or conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
