Description
  • The Events & Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects within the College of Arts and Sciences to coordinate and facilitate the setup and event logistics for CAS events at various locations on campus.
  • The Assistant will be cross-trained to assist with other administrative duties within the CAS Dean’s Office as needed.
  • Responsibilities include responding to emails, coordinating event logistics, assisting with setup and breakdown, maintaining registration lists, creating event webpages, and running technology for virtual events.
  • The role may also involve marketing campaigns and website maintenance.
  • The position is part-time, with flexible remote work options, and requires dependable, organized individuals with strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
