- This position involves developing and automating reports for business intelligence and analytics, collaborating with stakeholders to establish metrics, interpreting business data, providing data-driven analysis, reviewing data science models, and communicating findings.

Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant technical field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- 3 years of experience with using SQL for data analysis.
- Familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
- 2 years of experience developing MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, and with the MicroStrategy architecture.
- Experience with other Business Intelligence (BI) tools may be considered.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and translating technical content to a general audience.
- Understanding of Data Management and the data lifecycle.
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and tools.
- Flexibility to accept responsibilities in an innovative environment.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, able to operate under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
