  • The position is community-facing, highly visible, and requires travel (~20%).

Requirements
  • 3–5 years as a software developer, platform engineer, SRE, or DevOps engineer.
  • 5–10 years total professional experience, ideally in B2B SaaS startups (Seed to Series C).
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to engage technical audiences through events, webinars, or technical training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for community building and developer advocacy.
  • Experience with creating technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, demos, videos.
  • Experience speaking at conferences, webinars, or industry events.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Argo CD (can be learned in role).
  • Experience with Kargo or similar deployment tools (Nice to Have).
  • Knowledge of CNCF, KubeCon, and open-source community dynamics (Nice to Have).
  • Prior experience creating SDKs, sample code, or developer documentation (Nice to Have).
  • Able to travel quarterly (~20%) and based in the U.S. or Canada.
