Description
  • Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.
  • The Senior Director of Operations will lead the global Operations team, responsible for developing and executing operational strategies across multiple pillars including customer and merchant servicing, fraud operations, vendor management, workforce management, training, quality assurance, process improvement, knowledge systems, and risk governance.
  • The role involves managing a team of nearly 200 Affirmers and a vendor network with over 4,000 agents, ensuring adherence to SLAs, optimizing operational outcomes, and driving growth and efficiency.
  • The candidate must be analytical, hands-on, collaborative, and capable of scaling teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Extensive cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Compliance is required.
  • The role also involves developing talent, handling servicing and fraud operations, and working with executive and regulatory stakeholders.
