Description
- AECOM is seeking a highly talented Marketing Proposal Specialist III to join their West Specialist Team, collaborating with the regional business development and operations teams on pursuits including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and pre-qualification efforts.
- The position is hybrid, based in locations such as Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA.
- Responsibilities include leading proposal efforts, supporting capture strategies, creating outlines and content plans, serving as lead writer/editor, facilitating reviews, managing revisions, participating in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, conducting debriefs, and supporting marketing strategies.
- The role requires producing accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with teams, demonstrating leadership, and managing multiple projects.

Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Developed understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
- Proven organizational and administrative skills, including managing multiple projects and documents.
- Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others.
- Experience demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Initiative, skill, and personal commitment to manage multiple projects and details concurrently.
- Ability to follow up and bring tasks and projects to full completion.
