Description
- AECOM is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Cardiff or Glasgow, offering opportunities to work on projects in commercial, manufacturing, education, leisure, and defense sectors.
- The role involves all stages of project work, including design, specification, condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall works, and technical due diligence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2.1 or equivalent) in Building Surveying
- Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals
- Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to ask for help and support team members
