Description
- The Director – Business Analytics at ADP plays a strategic role within the ESI Business Excellence and Transformation leadership team, responsible for spearheading the analytics strategy across the organization.
- The position involves creating a team of data analysts and data scientists, leveraging AI and data analytics technology to provide comprehensive insights into process performance, workload, and transformation outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include defining and executing analytics strategies, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing BI solutions and dashboards, addressing strategic questions through analytics, establishing trusted metrics, integrating data sources, monitoring performance trends, and fostering a data-driven culture.
- The role requires over 10 years of experience in analytics, BI, or transformation roles within complex, global organizations, with expertise in BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau, knowledge of advanced analytics and AI, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- The position reports to the Senior Director Service Delivery & Business Excellence and has a global scope, with locations in the UK, Spain, France, and the Netherlands.

Requirements
- 10+ years in analytics, BI, or transformation roles within a complex, global organization.
- Proven track record of establishing and scaling analytics functions, including vision, operating models, and team structures.
- Strong expertise in BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data governance best practices.
- Hands-on operational experience preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI readiness.
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-country transformation programs.
- Ability to execute at pace in a global, matrix environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, IT, or Business (Masters preferred).
