Description
- ADP is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst I - Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a hybrid role based out of our Tempe, AZ office. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to this location. This is a highly customer centric, engaging, and instrumental role in driving early-stage customer success within the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) organization. We are seeking an individual who has high-energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exception. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams and work directly with Clients in their post-sales onboarding and transition to ADP.
- Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing PEO health and benefits applications, managing and validating client data, structuring deals in CRM, performing due diligence, handling onboarding documentation, facilitating problem resolution, working independently to meet KPIs, and providing recommendations to leadership. Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in business, customer, or sales operations, with preferred skills in customer success, organizational skills, and knowledge of HR tools. The role emphasizes a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on customer service and compliance.
