- The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design of clinical and operational platforms, develop intuitive UI for workflows, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams to translate workflows into digital interfaces.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and rapid prototyping
- Experience designing for complex workflows, SaaS, or clinician-facing tools
- Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles
- Strong communication skills to present design rationale
- Ability to think strategically and execute quickly in a high-impact environment
- Self-starter mindset with project leadership ability
