  • The role involves working in a modern ticket system, resolving cases professionally, and maintaining friendly communication.
  • The first 1-2 months require on-site training in Neuss, after which the position is fully remote.
  • Responsibilities include processing tickets, checking complaints, handling phone calls, managing returns, coordinating payment cases, documenting processes, recognizing quality issues, responding to social media messages, managing reviews, maintaining templates/FAQs, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and performing related tasks.
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent German language skills, customer service mindset, initiative, and experience with e-commerce support, payments, or logistics is a plus.
