- Extensive fluency in AWS and Linux
- Ability to read, write, and debug code in Python, Go, PHP, Javascript
- Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Knowledge of web technologies like DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP
- Ability to decompose complex problems and understand tradeoffs
- Experience with instrumenting, operating, and observing microservices in production cloud environments
- Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams
