The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including social bars, in-room dining, banquets, and culinary services.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role involves designing and implementing strategies to elevate the hotel’s reputation, managing budgets, overseeing staff training, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards, and coordinating event planning.
The position requires a strong business acumen, leadership skills, and experience in luxury hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage in luxury hospitality
Held a Director of Food & Beverage position at a property with over $50m in annual revenue
Experience in Banquets management and busy banquet operations
Property opening, repositioning, or post-renovation experience preferred
Data-driven with strong business sense
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
Strong business acumen with strategic decision-making skills
Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or Business
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Understanding that this is not a remote position
