You will manage a portfolio of accounts, monitor usage metrics, lead strategic calls, and proactively engage with customers to ensure success.
The role involves leveraging insights from the CS platform, identifying high-growth customers, and partnering with sales to expand accounts.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, automated environment, with strong communication skills and experience in B2B SaaS, especially in financial planning or finance software.

Requirements
Proven ability to manage a large book of business (ideally 75+ accounts) with scalable strategies.
Skilled in analyzing usage data, identifying patterns, and segmenting customers for outreach.
Exceptional communication skills, clear, persuasive, and empathetic.
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, capable of juggling multiple automated playbooks.
Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, especially with scalable models for low-ARR segments.
Experience in a "Tech-Touch" or "Scalable CS" role (bonus).
Experience with financial planning (FP&A) or finance software users (bonus).
