Description
- 6sense is seeking a Resource Delivery Manager to build and lead a resource management function for the Professional Services organization.
- As the first Resource Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the strategy, processes, and systems that ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our Professional Services offerings.
- You will be responsible for managing the allocation and deployment of the professional services team members across customer engagements, ensuring that each one is staffed with the right talent at the right time.
- This position will report to the Director of Professional Services and be part of the wider GTM Operations team.
- This is an individual contributor position with the potential to grow into a manager position.
- Key responsibilities include building a centralized resource management function, resource allocation, capacity planning, team development, and metrics/reporting.
- The role requires 7+ years of experience supporting a Professional Services organization, knowledge of PSA modules, strategic and detail-oriented thinking, and strong communication skills.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Resource Delivery Management role supporting a Professional Services organization embedded in a product company
- Knowledge of best practices around deployment and use of resource management modules within PSA apps at scale
- Ability to work under pressure, manage conflict, and apply judgement to situations that don’t fit neatly into a process or policy
- Ability to have a strategic perspective but also operate with attention to detail
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- A great attitude, a willingness to roll up the sleeves, high EQ/people skills, and collaborative mindset
