  • We’re now looking for a driven Account Manager to join our London GTM team and help expand our footprint within some of the most advanced AI organisations in the world.
  • As an Account Manager (Expansion) at Encord, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of strategic UK and European customers. Your focus will be on expanding usage, driving adoption, and ensuring customers get maximum value from our platform — from autonomous vehicle companies to medical imaging teams and next-gen robotics groups.
  • You’ll work directly with technical and commercial stakeholders, understand their ML workflows, and identify opportunities for growth. This is a great fit for someone who loves building long-term relationships, enjoys technical conversations, and wants to help shape the future of AI infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include owning and growing customer accounts, building trusted relationships, understanding technical roadmaps, driving upsells and cross-sells, partnering with internal teams, communicating insights, leading account planning, maintaining pipeline and revenue forecasts, and shaping post-sales processes.
  • Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS, experience managing mid–large ACV accounts ($50k–$250k+), confidence engaging with technical stakeholders, strong relationship-building skills, experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and a passion for AI and data infrastructure.

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in B2B SaaS
  • Experience owning expansion revenue and managing mid–large ACV accounts ($50k–$250k+)
  • Able to engage confidently with technical stakeholders (ML engineers, data leads, CTOs)
  • Strong relationship builder with a genuine interest in solving customer problems
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
  • Curious, driven, and excited by the potential of AI and data infrastructure
