The Implementation Specialist in the Client Success Department will ensure the quality and timely delivery of recognition solutions by working directly with clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless integration, implement updates, and launch new programs aligned with each client's recognition strategy.
The role requires effective communication, project management, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities include managing client expectations, developing project timelines, supporting system navigation, and maintaining high attention to detail.
The position offers a hybrid schedule, primarily working Monday through Wednesday in-office along the Wasatch Front, with remote options on Thursday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (preferred), two years of client support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Occasional outside-hours support may be required.
