Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a product company with cross-departmental collaboration
- 3+ years as Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, or Head of Engineering
- 3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack development experience
- 2+ years managing managers and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and software development lifecycle (SWDL)
