As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale projects, acting as Project Lead for various initiatives. You will ensure adherence to V_labs' quality standards, mentor junior team members, maintain proactive client communication, and continuously improve methodologies to drive successful Venture Building from initial exploration to growth phases. Responsibilities include leading projects, client management, applying venture-building methodologies, developing proposals, improving project approaches, participating in hiring and onboarding, and managing small corporate accounts. Requirements include strong project leadership experience, excellent communication skills, minimum 7 years in the innovation industry, proficiency in delivering high-quality outputs, mentoring skills, experience with offer writing and corporate account management, deep knowledge of innovation methods, a master's degree in relevant fields, and excellent German and English skills.
