The role involves leading end-to-end technical onboarding of ecommerce brands, working on platform enhancements, leveraging APIs for automation, acting as a technical advisor to clients, and ensuring system performance. The ideal candidate is a tech-first problem solver with 2-5 years of ecommerce SaaS implementation experience, proficient in PHP or Python, familiar with REST APIs, Git, and MySQL, fluent in English and at least one Indian language, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
