Description
- The position requires leading the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Responsibilities include conducting assessments of clients' collaboration environments, configuring Cisco collaboration applications, integrating Webex DI with cloud and on-premises systems, collaborating with network, security, and voice teams, performing user migrations, providing documentation and training, troubleshooting deployment issues, and staying current with Cisco Webex updates.
- The role demands a strong background in Cisco Unified Communications technologies, hybrid integrations, VoIP protocols, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Cisco collaboration certifications, experience with Microsoft Teams/Zoom Phone integration, and knowledge of network security policies and cloud migration tools.
