- The Senior Growth Program Manager will spearhead key user growth initiatives in the UAE, focusing on deepening user relationships, increasing trading activity, and boosting platform loyalty through strategic planning, data analysis, and partnership development.
- The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, monitor performance, and optimize programs based on data insights.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growth, product marketing, or user strategy within fintech, crypto, or trading platforms, with strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a strong plus.

- Strategic thinker who enjoys building structure, insights, and partnerships that deliver measurable results.
