Description
- CyberArk, a global leader in Identity Security, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee complex programs within the Cloud Security Division.
- The role includes acting as a liaison between R&D units, translating organizational expectations into operational practices, facilitating global initiatives, and driving continuous process improvements.
- The Program Manager will manage critical initiatives, provide training on best practices, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, product management, and external partners.
- The position emphasizes leadership, analytical skills, and an agile mindset, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across the division.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a program manager in R&D, preferably in a global SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully driving large complex initiatives, leading change management, and implementing SDLC process improvements end to end.
- Strong understanding of R&D methodologies and tools, product development life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, Snowflake is preferred.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
