- At Braze, we are seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Data Scientist to join our expanding team focused on AI deployment and customer success.
- The role involves collaborating with customer analytics and BI teams, developing reusable data pipelines, working on reinforcement learning algorithms, and shaping product strategy through technical insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role working with large-scale data
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost)
- Skilled in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets
- Experience with machine learning pipelines and model deployment
- Strong development practices including Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and code reviews
- Ability to build scalable, maintainable solutions
- Nice-to-have: Experience with DevOps tools (Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP)
- Experience with data integration/ETL, pipeline optimization, or reinforcement learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams
